
Cluck Suckers

Cluck Suckers is a game I worked on during the Brains Eden competition of 2016. The game is a 1 v 1 competitive multiplayer game in which both players control a pig on a Segway that can suck up chickens.
When a player sucks up a chicken then can shoot them at the other player to deal damage, or they can try to hit another chicken to create a new chicken. Players will take damage when they get hit by a chicken the opposing player shoots at them or by driving into a chicken that is moving around on their side of the map.
In order to win players can choose to either skillfully hit the other player or try and swarm the opponenets side of the arena with chickens to make it near impossible to evade them.
At the start of Brains Eden we quickly established our basic concept and went on from there. I started on getting the basic mechanics in and fine tuning them together with another designer. Later during development I was assigned to do all of the games' audio design and implementation.
